Eagle Eye Care is able to accept a variety of medical and vision insurance policies. As a medical specialist, we can provide care for not only routine eye exams, but also for any medical conditions that may arise between annual visits. This could include allergies, eye infections, foreign body removal, ocular injuries, and headaches.
Below is a list of the medical and vision insurance plans that we are in network with. If you do not see your insurance plan listed below, it does not necessarily mean that we are not contracted with your insurance company. This is not a comprehensive list because many plans have various names and affiliations. Some plans have identical in-network and out-of-network benefits and we can assist you in filing these claims.

Vision insurance is usually a supplemental plan to medical insurance plans. It acts as a wellness benefit to reduce the cost of routine eye exams, eye wear, and contact lenses through copays or discounts. Because every plan is specific to the policy, the material coverage for glasses and/or contact lenses can vary.
We also proudly serve veterans under the VA healthcare system through TriWest and active duty members through QTC.
