As of July 1, 2022, Eagle Eye Care will recommend patients wear masks if they are high risk. However, fully vaccinated people will not be required to wear one. Additionally, staff will be happy to wear masks for protection whenever asked. If you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or are being quarantined due to possible exposure, please wait at least 5 days before scheduling an appointment in our office. We also ask that anyone who feels ill or has a fever not enter the office either. We hope this makes you feel safe and comfortable to visit our office.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, there will be a few procedural changes made to ensure the safety of the staff and patients.

1) Masks will be recommended for all patients in the office. However, fully vaccinated people will not be required to wear one. All staff will continue to wear face masks (regardless of vaccination status).

2) A COVID-19 risk assessment survey may be given to each person that enters the office.

3) Online check-ins will be completed on your personal computer or smart phone the day of your appointment. If this cannot be done, please contact the office prior to the appointment time to make other arrangements.

4) Frames that are tried on will be UV sterilized after being touched.

5) Contact lens orders of 4 boxes or more will be shipped directly to your address at no additional cost.
